Total Skills Development Programs

Gusto Hockey is a skill-development program committed to helping aspiring young athletes to enhance their skill sets and overall understanding of the game of hockey. An athlete's development is a process that takes time and practice. Patience is key in the development process. We will provide a safe environment where our players can take risks, make mistakes and get the support they need to become better, more knowledgeable players.


Gusto Hockey offers year round programs for players, teams and association throughout Southern New Brunswick. These include specialty clinics, summer hockey schools, fall conditioning camps, spring hockey programs and coach mentoring.



 

Gusto Hockey is pleased to bring a Summer High Performance Program to the Greater Saint John Area for Peewee & Bantam Level players. High Performance Hockey camps at Gusto Hockey targets the rep level player looking to develop their individual on ice skills in a low coach to athlete environment. Off-ice strength and conditioning sessions complement on-ice activities, helping to physically prepare all players for the upcoming season while providing foundational training knowledge required to safely and progressive continue to train individually. Mental performance, nutrition, recovery and regeneration, speed work and performance testing education is included in Gusto Hockey camps to uniquely and progressively prepare athletes to compete at the next level!

Age Focus: For Players Born 2005/2006/2007

Total Cost: $395 for 16 hours of off-ice training and 8 hours of on-ice training (24 hours of total instruction)
